A growing corridor of high-rise residential developments along Mississauga's Hurontario Street is about to get denser. The latest project to enter marketing in this area is Plaza's Mississauga Square, a 33-storey condominium and townhome development coming to the intersection of Hurontario Street and Nahani Way, a short distance north of Eglinton Avenue.

Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the project makes a slight departure from the standard rectilinear condominium tower massing through its sliding run of rounded edge balconies along the Hurontario Street face. At ground level, the project addresses its street frontages with townhomes, arranged to create a podium around the tower's base.

The project will feature a number of common spaces and amenity rooms, all appointed by interior designers Bryon Patton and Associates. On the ground floor, Mississauga Square will offer residents a fitness centre, a yoga/meditation studio, change rooms, a party room, a fireplace lounge, and a lobby lounge with 24-hour concierge service.

On the second floor, residents will have access to a boardroom, a billiard lounge, a library and fireplace, while the third floor will offer lounge rooms, reading nooks, and outdoor spaces including a game area, and an alfresco dining area shaded by a trellis, a cabana with daybeds, and chaises longues.
Mississauga Square is offering a total of 404 condo and townhome units, available in 1- to 3-bedroom layouts with sizes ranging from 457 ft² to 2,090 ft², and priced between $315,000 to $900,000.
