With approximately 70% of the 166 units spoken for at Madison Homes and Fieldgate Homes' ZIGG Condos, construction of the 11-storey, Kirkor Architects-designed condominium development is slated to begin this fall. ZIGG's 166 units range in size from 500 to 1,776 square feet, coming in one, two, and three bedroom models. While some of the layouts at ZIGG have sold out, others remain, and some of the highly desirable penthouse suites are still available for purchase.

Over the course of the development's successful sales run, ZIGG Condos has sponsored events in the neighbourhood, such as Symphony in the Garden and Soul in the City at Casa Loma, as a way of both giving back to the community and highlighting the cultural appeal of the area for buyers in the development.

Once construction of the development is completed, residents at ZIGG will enjoy interior amenity spaces appointed by The Design Agency, including a fitness facility and party room. Up top, residents will have access to a skyline-view outdoor terrace, offering barbecues, an indoor bar, and a lounge space.
